The type of event, date and time, location, the expected number of guests and, if available, any requirements set by the authorities. We’ll clarify everything else with you. The quickest way is our request form.

Usually within 3 hours. The quote is free, non-binding and clearly itemised.

Our responders arrive in good time before doors open, set up the first aid post and equipment and coordinate with your event management and security. During the event they look after your guests, document every treatment digitally and stay in touch with you. Afterwards you receive the incident report.

A medic costs €33 per hour, an EMT €38. A small deployment with two medics over four hours comes to €314 including project management. You’ll find all prices and sample calculations on our prices page.

No. Our hourly rates apply around the clock and on every day of the year.

Four hours. Shorter events are charged at four hours.

The cancellation terms in our service agreement (in German) apply. The earlier you cancel, the lower the costs.

No, our services are VAT-exempt. The amount in your quote is the amount you pay.

All of them have at least a completed medic (Sanitäter) training including resuscitation and AED. Depending on your needs, we deploy EMTs (520 hours of training), paramedics and doctors.

That depends on the risk assessment and the requirements of the authorities. For smaller events, medics are often enough; from a medium size upwards, EMTs are part of the team. Paramedics and doctors are added for large events or particular risks. Our advice is free.

Yes, at the organiser’s request, for large events or in line with the requirements of the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) for protected persons and VIPs.

First aid equipment to DIN standards, including dressings, a bag valve mask, suction and blood pressure and blood glucose measurement. An AED comes along to every deployment.

Yes, if you wish. Our patient transport ambulances (KTW) to DIN EN 1789 type A2 serve as a mobile treatment unit on site. Find out more under deployment options and fleet.

That depends on the individual case: the type of event, number of visitors, location and the conditions in your permit. In Berlin, the fire brigade usually requires medical cover from 500 people present at the same time. Read more in our guide (in German).

The licensing authority, in Berlin often together with the Berlin Fire Brigade. It is based on a risk assessment, for example using the Berlin Fire Brigade scheme or the Maurer scheme. We prepare it for you.

No. Event medical cover is not an emergency medical service. We treat guests on site and so take pressure off the emergency services. In an emergency, we call 112 immediately and hand over to the ambulance service.

Yes, after every event. We document everything digitally on our iPads, so the report reaches you quickly.

The number of patients and treatments, the type of injuries and illnesses, the outcome, for example handover to the ambulance service, as well as deployment times and the responders involved. Personal data stays protected.
