Deployment options
We combine the building blocks exactly as your event needs them. No more and no less.
Teams of two with an emergency backpack and AED move through the crowd, across the site or around the venue. That way we are on the spot within seconds when something happens.
In a medical room or tent we treat, observe and document patients calmly and away from the bustle.
Our First Responder vehicle brings responders and equipment straight to any point on your site. Ideal for festivals, runs and changing film locations.
Patient transport ambulance (KTW) to DIN EN 1789 type A2 with oxygen and stretcher. On site it is a mobile treatment unit where patients are cared for lying down and out of public view.
For large events and advanced care we add paramedics to the team and, on request, emergency doctors. Our Supervisor coordinates larger deployments.

Transparent hourly rates with no night, Sunday or public holiday surcharges. The price always depends on the official requirements too. Together we put together the right package for your event.

Medics cost €33 per hour, EMTs €38. A small service with two medics over four hours comes to €314. You will find all prices and examples on our prices page.
No. We do not charge night, Sunday or public holiday surcharges. The minimum booking is four hours.
There is no fixed visitor threshold. In most cases the public order office or district authority makes medical cover a condition of your permit. We calculate how many responders you need according to the official requirements. Our calculator gives you a first estimate.
Yes. We document everything digitally on iPads and send you a report after the event with patient numbers, outcomes and deployment times.
