What does event medical cover cost?
Fixed hourly rates, clear flat rates and real sample calculations. No night, Sunday or public holiday surcharges, and VAT-exempt.

Why do you publish your prices?
Because you should know what to expect before you even send a request. Published prices are rare in event medical services; for us they are part of dealing fairly.
What does the price of my medical cover depend on?
On the duration, the number and qualifications of the responders, and on vehicles or flat rates. How many responders are needed depends on visitor numbers, the type of event and the official requirements.
Are there surcharges for nights, weekends or public holidays?
No. Our hourly rates apply around the clock and on every day of the year.
What is the minimum booking?
Four hours. Shorter events are billed as four hours.
Do you charge VAT?
No, our services are VAT-exempt. The amount in your quote is the amount you pay.
What happens if I have to cancel?
The cancellation terms of our service agreement (in German) apply. The earlier you cancel, the lower the costs.
