Our story
Frustration turned into a standard
In 2024, Anthony was working as a medic for a private provider. What he saw there stayed with him: expired supplies, chaotic planning and deployments without any documentation.
He was convinced that organisers and patients deserve better. Together with Leon and Ivan, he founded SKALA Paramedics to do exactly that. With equipment that is checked, plans that work and a report after every deployment.
Management
The founders
Three founders with clearly divided responsibilities. They personally vouch for every deployment.
Founding idea and overall management. Develops medical concepts and is the contact for organisers and authorities.
Operations coordination. Puts the teams together and keeps equipment and vehicles ready for action.
Finance, back office and sales. Makes sure quotes are clear and invoices go out on time.
