We work with fixed hourly rates, with no night, Sunday or public holiday surcharges. We scale the exact scope to your permit conditions and put together the right package with you.

That depends on visitor numbers, the type of concert and the site. In Berlin the authorities usually follow the Berlin Fire Brigade method. We calculate what you need and send you a suitable quote. Our calculator gives you a first estimate.
Do you also cover multi-day festivals?
Yes. We plan shifts over several days, including night operations and camping, and provide ambulances and an operations lead where needed.
Do you work together with security and event management?
Always. Before the event we agree on radio channels, meeting points and procedures. During the event our operations lead stays in direct contact.
How much does medical cover for a festival cost?
A concert with 1,500 guests comes to around €750. For large festivals with ambulances and a first aid post we calculate individually. You will find all hourly rates on our prices page.
