Basically, we cover all events ! It doesn't matter whether it's an allotment party or a large concert. However, events that we insure must comply with basic ethical and legal standards.

Our main area of operation is Berlin and Brandenburg. However, we are also happy to be active in all other federal states for your event!

Yes! Paramedics can be booked for the entire duration of your event or just part of it. Send us a non-binding request and we will work with you to find the best possible option.

Ideally, you should make your enquiry approximately 30 days in advance so that we can ensure that we can offer all the necessary aspects of the medical service for your event. Depending on the season and demand, longer lead times may be necessary.

But : We will be happy to check, without obligation, whether a spontaneous deployment at your event is possible! Depending on capacity, we can carry out deployments on the day of the request.

This question is not easy to answer in general terms. The hourly rates depend on the requirements of your event and the personnel (e.g. qualifications, etc.), materials and vehicles used.

As a non-binding reference:

The cost of a medical service for an 8-hour football tournament with 100 participants is around €400. This price includes 2 paramedics and the necessary equipment.

The agreed amount can be conveniently paid by invoice within 14 days . We generally do not work with "cost estimates" but rather with final offers, which is why there are no nasty surprises: the price that is binding in the contract is due. Deviations, for example due to an extension of the deployment time, only occur after individual approval by you.

Yes! Thanks to our digital documentation, you will receive a complete incident report after the event has ended. The incident report contains the following information, among others: number of patients, whereabouts of the patients (e.g. event, hospital, etc.) and exact incident times.
